Equip the Facilitator
A 6-hour training comprised of the following topics:
- The History of ALA
- Information about the ALA Library
- Relationships
- Thinking Styles
- Facilitation Styles
- Curriculum Training – an overview of the curriculum and how we utilize it in our sessions
This introduces those interested in ALA to the philosophy behind it, including R.A.I.L.S., as well as to equip them with the basic knowledge to successfully start facilitating the curriculum with a group.

Equip the Facilitator sessions are open to anyone interested in learning about or starting an ALA program.
